The team of the financial and administrative department

The financial and administrative department consists of three departments: Finance, Legal and procurement, and monitoring and evaluation. It also includes the support department.

Finance department
Department's purpose: organization of financial and accounting activities of the organization within the framework of projects and programs of the CO «Ukrainian Educational Platform».
Functions of the department:

control over the implementation of the organization's financial and accounting policies

Legal and procurement department
The purpose of the department is to ensure the rational use of earmarked funds by conducting procurement procedures.
Functions of the department:

selection of suppliers

preparation and control of contracts with suppliers

market analysis and search for optimal conditions for cooperation

control over the continuous implementation of the organization's procurement policy

Monitoring and evaluation department
The purpose of the department: ensuring systematic collection and analysis of data on the effectiveness of projects and programs of the Ukrainian Education Platform, reporting to partners and donors.
Functions of the department:

collecting and analyzing data on project implementation

preparation of reports

Direction of provision
The goal is to ensure proper working conditions for employees and rational use of the organization's resources.
